By submitting the stud dog request form you understand and acknowledge the following:

In regards to the litter listing and stud dog listing pages, it is the responsibility of the person who makes the listing to report all performance scores of the dog involved, as well as report all breed show scores if the dog has been to a second breed show.

All Breed Test and Performance scores must be entered, pass or fail. If a dog has been to two Breed Shows, both scores must be entered on the stud dog page.

All performance test scores that are recorded on the Ahnentafel and the most recent coat and conformation score on the Ahnentafel must be reported on the website posting of litter listings and/or stud dog listings within 30 days of any changes.

This policy should provide all readers with access to information that is on an equal standing with those dogs who may have only run one performance test, or have been entered in only one breed-show.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in a de-listing of the stud dog from the website for a period of 1 year.
